TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURCHASE QUALIFICATION – ACCOUNT SECURITY: To make a purchase on the PrepBee website, you must comply with the terms set out in this Terms of Sale. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases/registrations and other activities that occur under your account. PrepBee reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time in its sole discretion.

PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS : We currently accept the following forms of payment: Debit Cards, Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), Mobile Wallets, UPI, and Manual payments.

MONEYBACK POLICY (AYN Program) : We are committed to supporting your preparation journey. However, we believe that meaningful results come only when you put in consistent effort. Therefore, our Moneyback Policy is applicable only under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum Attendance: You must have attended at least 75% of the scheduled classes.

2. Mock Participation: You must have utilized all allotted mock Personal Interviews (PIs) and Group Discussions (GDs).

3. Mentor Engagement:

   • You must have actively responded to and connected with your assigned mentor.

   • Your mentor must approve that you were genuinely putting in effort throughout the course.

4. Call Requirements:

   • You must have received at least 5 interview calls.

   • You must have updated your call data within the stipulated time (i.e., within 7 days of receiving each call).

REFUNDS POLICY

• • Refund in case of incorrect purchase: Programs purchased will not be refunded or changed to another program on grounds of incorrect selection at the time of purchase.

• • Refund in case of server error: In case the same program is purchased twice due to some server error, the following refund rules will apply – If the learner informs us within 7 days, a full refund will be done thereafter he/she will be provided with a credit note, which is 10% more than the purchase value.

• • Refund in case of special approval: Refund is possible only if applied within 7 days of the purchase of the product. All refunds will be processed on a special approval basis. The admission fees and govt. taxes are excluded fully from the refund. The final refund amount will be at the sole discretion of PrepBee basis veracity of the claim & will not exceed 25% of the amount paid by the student excluding the Admission Fee & Govt. Taxes. Refunds if approved will be done directly to the original payment mode within 7 working days of finalization of claim. A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to admin@prepbee.in within 7 days of the date of purchase. Any refund request submitted after 7 days of the date of purchase will not be considered in any circumstances.
  • Refund will be credited within 3-7 days to the original source of payment method.

TERMINATION

• • Termination by you: You may, at any point in time, choose to terminate your subscription to a service by sending us an e-mail. Such termination will not change any amounts due to us.

• • Termination by PrepBee: Breach of any of the terms of this Agreement constitutes a termination of the Agreement. Any and all amounts due under this Agreement shall survive the Term of this Agreement. If you fail, or PrepBee suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to failure to make payment of fees due, failure to provide PrepBee with a valid credit card or with accurate and complete Registration Data, failure to safeguard your Account information, violation of the Usage Rules or any license to the software, or infringement or other violation of third parties’ rights, PrepBee, after notice of 07 (seven) days to rectify such failure to you, may terminate your subscription and/or your Account if such failure on your part still continues. No refunds will be issued in such a case or for early Termination.
