Book Mock PI
Schedule a Mock Personal Interview.
Mandatory: PI Sheet
Open Template

Open link & go to File > Make a copy.

Rename to YourName_PrepBeeID & fill details.

Set Share options to "Anyone with link" -> "Viewer".

Copy link & paste in the Booking Form (PI Sheet section).
Reuse the same link for all mock PIs. Just update the content inside the sheet if needed.

- You should book at least 1 day and at most 3 days prior to the date you want mock PI.
- You can book another mock PI after 90 minutes of your scheduled one.
- Once mock PI booked cancellation and rescheduling not entertained.
- Final timing & link will be visible here on the day of Mock PI. Please check 30min before your slot.
- Once booked please wait for 2-3 minutes to get an update on the dashboard, don't book twice.
- Panel will wait for 5 minutes; if there is no show, the mock PI stands cancelled.
