This certification program bridges academic L&D concepts with real-world enterprise decision-making. Rather than focusing only on instructional design, the course trains participants to operate Learning & Development as a strategic business function.

Participants learn how L&D actually works inside global organizations—covering diagnosis, operating models, governance, pedagogy selection, academies, and impact measurement. The program prepares learners for real-world roles in L&D, HRBP, capability building, and organizational development.
